What is the return policy for Plaid products?Updated a month ago

If any items ordered directly from Plaid do not meet your expectations, they can be returned with your receipt within 30-days for a full refund of the product's purchase price. 

Ways To Start A Return

1) Login to your account, visit My Orders, and select the order you wish to start the return process for. At the top you will see "Return". Select "Return" to initiate your return request.

2) You can start a return request without logging in by visiting the Orders and Returns Guest Form.
